We make every effort to ensure customer service is superior and welcome all forms of feedback. The Feedback form below provides an opportunity for our clients and guests to tell us about any part of our services they did or did not like. This includes making comments, suggestions, complaints or writing a testimonial. A feedback procedure has been established to ensure this information is handled appropriately, timely and in a fair manner.
Any complaints will be handled with respect, confidentiality and will protect the complainants and others who provide information from any reprisals or vicitimisation which may result from the complaint.
