Application Submission Period
All applications made online for Change Agent positions.
Assessment of your Application
Applications are reviewed against the position requirements and selection criteria.
Application Shortlisting
Review of applications to identify candidates that will be shortlisted.
Stage 1 Interviews
Successful shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short phone interview.
Stage 2 Interviews
Successful Stage 1 candidates will be invited to complete a group interview.
Stage 3 Interviews
Successful Stage 2 candidates will be invited to complete a face to face interview with a senior manager.
Reference Checks
Successful Stage 3 candidates will have personal and professional reference checks conducted prior to being made an offer.
Background Checks
Working with Children's check, National Police check and in some cases medical assessments will be completed prior to being made an offer.
Offer
Successful candidates will be contacted to agree on conditions of employment and an offer of employment made.
Commencement of Work
Upon commencement, new Change Agents will be required to complete our Face to Face induction prior to commencing work.
